I am running 25mm H&R spacers all around on the optional 20" wheels (2022 110 V8) and I did not have to grind the studs at all. The wheel have the same pockets as your picture shows.

Thanks. I ended up purchasing 25 and 30mm. But I have a feeling at least the 25 in the front is going to be too aggressive for my taste. So I might end up purchasing another set of 20 mm to use in the front if it's feasible and will work. And then decide whether or not to use the 25 in the rear or not.

On my 130. I found that things sit a bit differently int he body than it seems they do for the 110. Could just be my imagination from pics I've seen.
Long story short I went 25mm up front and 30mm in the rear. I found that the 25mm stuck out too far for my taste. So I swapped to 20mm up front. And now it sits perfect in my mind.
The 30mm in the rear is perfect.
As far as issues. None. The 22" wheels have some pretty deep pockets. it accepted the stud protrusion with using a 20mm spacer no problem. I wouldn't chance a 15mm spacer, 1, because its too thin for my comfort. 2. the pockets on the wheels may not be deep enough for this.
Take a look for yourself. Happy to answer any questions...

I cannot recall if it was on this forum or another where someone recommended Bonoss Spacers. I had never heard of em' but did a bit of research and decided to give it a go. I've had Ichiba, H/R, and Eibach in the past and these are right up there with their quality. In fact I'd say even better. I purchased on eBay. I would suggest you do the same if you are looking to get them. Buying them that way is much less expensive.

Good find! Just checked them out on website/EBay. Aluminum and hub-centric...Going on my wifes 110 (along with sideboards...tried to get away without them). I think i am going to do 20mm front/25mm rear. Thanks again!
Great info on this thread. Ordered two sets one 20 and 25. The other 25 and 30. Gives me options. Put bigger tires on my 110 so will be playing to see what I can fit. Or which set looks best with the least amount of other modifications. The other remaining set once the 110 is done will be going on my wife’s 130.
Thank you for the info guys. I am having the OEM wide fender arches installed and I want to order the spacers to have my 22 inch factory rims sit correctly. Does anyone else have this set up so I may compare which spacer you used? TIA
