I have installed a magnetic connection on the front close to where I installed my light bar. Works great, easy to connect and if I forget to disconnect it just pops off. The plug on the car does not connect to the battery until the magnet connector is attached.
How did you get on, did you get a new battery under warranty?
They did test the battery and it did give 780 , so all good they assumed.
Got surprisingly an invoice for € 98,- 😡 a few days later...
Very good for my relation with them, really this was the last time they get any money from me.

I purchased from Hethelsport but the magnetic connector is from CTEK so you should be able to find the parts there as well. I will say that Hethelsport was great to work with and had everything included that you would need to install
i have the same issue. LR has confirmed they have some issues with a set of batteries. i took mine in and they ran some testing, ran a quick charge and fully charged the battery. It passed all the test but warning still came back.
i have a full aftermarket audio system so im a bit out of luck but dont believe its causing the issue.

I bought the CTEK CT5 trickle charger and currently have connected CTEK 56-382 Indicator Eyelet M8 to the jump start poles under the bonnet.
I am usually doing very short journeys now so use EV only mode. When I get back the Indicator shows Green, but then quickly goes to Orange or even Red.
I assume this is because the 12V battery doesn't charge when driving in EV mode?
Having just had my battery replaced, and reading all these informative posts about trickle chargers and the various ways to connect, yours is the best engineered version. Love the look. Where did you get the inlet mounted on the bumper cover, and is it compatible with the CTEK?
