Dealer doesn't know yet. Doing 75mph down the highway, traffic came to an abrupt stop, hit the brakes and just before it stopped it threw every error on the dash and then the engine cut out. It refused to restart - so I was stranded in the fast lane of a major highway.

congrats. identical to mine. the roof rails are pretty straight forward install but i did run into a known issue of the riv nut getting loose and not engaging. most have the opposite issue and not able to extract the bolt. i ended installing all but one bolt.

i won’t be loading anything that heavy on the roof beside maybe a roof box so it should be fine

Mine came with the larger screen, digital dash and clear sight mirror. I didn't order it, however. It just happened to be one they had already.

I was also worried about a rivnut issue, but didn't have any problems. I did spend extra time to clean the holes out as the factory bolts left some residue on the threads. Either way, wasn't an issue for me.

wanted to update on my Vulcan extended fender flares. I was not happy with the quality and i did approach Vulcan which was very responsive and made things right. The acknowledged the issue and did provide me a full refund. Great Company and guys to work with.

They are a new company and sure with business practices like this they will do well

this is second fender install and understood the process

some quick feedback on the fenders. they are knock offs from overseas that are just rebranded by Vulkan.

one of the pieces was completely missing the bracket and no double sided tape. i have reached out and let’s see how they address it. i can’t install that piece at this point

so going to give the fenders and overall grade

paint- C+ B-. doesn’t look they used any primer and a very thin coat of paint. i tried ppf one of them as some paint pulled off and i decided it was worth the time and effort.

you can see the mounting tabs from the outside. plastic prob too thin and the gloss paint showing. little waves for every bracket.

light reflector indent. they have a small indent for the reflectors if you want to cut the plastic and install. Vulkan was upfront about this but they said it’s barely visible. it’s definitely visible

fitment- beside missing bracket fitment was say a b+

i wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. i knew that these were rebranded copies but maybe hoping for the best. But they are not good copies.

i was tempted by the already painted finish. thinking about the amount of time and energy to purchase oem ones and then get them painted and then wrapped

lesson learned. I will be most likely removing them and going the Oem route

ping me with questions if you are considering these

@Ehloo - also any pics down the side of your truck with the new wheels? I’m curious how they look with that offset. And any rubbing at all?

there is some pics further up in the post. they sit right at the fenders for the rear and slightly poke in the front. i feel it’s the perfect fitment and offset

they do rub a little at full lock in access mode. i am lifted 1 inch

First pics of mine from the dealer. It does have the larger touch screen and digital speedometer. Although they left off/forgot a significant amount of options I had ordered including the front expedition protection system and various cosmetic items.

looks great with the OEM wheels, I’m tempted to keep them although I have 20” Vossen HF-5s on my V6 D90 that I am intending to swap.

Congratulations! Great looking truck. I see it doesn't have the blue brakes, what other cosmetic items is it missing?

Thanks
