Installed xLifter on my 2022 Defender. Allows for 7 preset ride heights from minus 35MM to plus 75MM. Can adjust on the fly and has an auto leveling feature.Love driving on highway at minus 25MM drop when using the software hack for Dynamic Mode. Great product in my opinion and took approximately three hours to install taking my time.

This is very cool, love the physical controls, and your placement of them, very clean install. I was looking into this a while back, i remember reaching out to them before they had defender support. But then I discovered the GAP IIDTool, which can do all the same stuff, and it needs zero install, and is about the same price. It's also super valuable for a ton of other stuff, the height offset/adjustments are almost it's least useful function. It is obviously less convenient to make changes on the fly with the IIDTool, so if custom offsets to the default heights (so you can swap with the OEM height controls) aren't enough for your use case i see the value in the convenience. I'd still recommend getting the iidtool for customizations/diagnostics, you'll need it to properly bleed the brakes for example. Not to mention having the car remember the state of the auto start/stop button is a life changer...
Thanks Iceman, and yes, the on the fly adjustment aspect is key for me and potentially auto leveling down the road. As far as Gap Tool I've had my Defender about three months and the first update/mod was to connect with OEM Activations to have all available options enabled. Unfortunately, since I own a 2022, was unable to activate the auto start/ stop feature and the Auto Park only partially works (finds parking spaces but back up is erratic). Dynamic Mode, Configurable Dynamics, Wifi Hot Spot, Seat Belt Chime Disable, Global Window Close, Fogs & Brights, Fake Engine Noise Disable, Advanced Tow Assist, Configurable Terrain Response, Terrain Response 2, Remote Release Tailgate, all work as intended. That said, I still plan to purchase the GAP tool to do service resets and give auto stop/start deactivation another shot.

Yeah makes sense, weird that you say they couldn't get auto start/stop activated. I have a 2022 and it worked fine with the gap tool. Didn't get the parking mode figured out, but everything else works fine (adaptive cruise, towing, offroad, etc). I also installed paddle shifters which are awesome, activated with the gap tool.
anyways, props on the install, enjoy your new ride!

I am happy to hear this can be changed. I am hoping it can also be done in my 2017 RR as well then. I'm not sure what to look for in the CCF but will scroll through to find it.
