Lately my front brakes have been locking on.
Started with a new ABS sensor. Seems to be a build up of pressure in the master cylinder. When I crack the nut on the cylinder, it releases the brake fluid and the brakes unlock.
Installed a new brake pressure release valve, but locking on continues.
Any ideas? Would the master cylinder itself cause this? I ruled it out b/c the brakes are working.
Problem seems greater in hot weather.
Any suggestions?

Where is the MC located and why does it need replacing?

 

Is your vac booster leaking vacuum into the m/c ?
