ATF - volume or amount required?
Hello,
I have seen a couple of contradictory posts about the amount of ATF to have when draining and replenishing for the Discovery 1.
One post reads 6 quarts, another says 9 quarts, and another says 12 quarts.
The shop manual says 9.1 quarts.
Could someone please explain.

It will vary some. When I did my filter change I put in 9.5 qts. I just filled it up till it was in range on the dip stick fired it up and shifted the gears. Added more till it showed full on the dipstick when it was running.
