You have 2 options.
First is read the tech section, there is a "how to" read your ABS trouble codes.

Second open your hood, find the fuse box on the passenger fender and remove the ABS pump fuse.
Then you can drive safely, you will NOT have any ABS but you will beable to stop.
Then you can go about fixing your ABS system if you so choose.

I assumed the ABS (Anti Lock) light was on.
Does the ABS light come on when you start the truck and then shut off when you reach 5mph?

No, I'm sorry, I should have clarified that. It doesn't come on at all.

Then either the bulb is burnt out or it has been removed.
That is easy to fix.
Lower your steering wheel as far as it will go.
Remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the instrument cowl.
Then lift/wiggle the cowl off and replace the bulb.
Then the light will be on all the time because there is a problem.

Right now you need to ask yourself how bad you want ABS.
You can read the codes with no bulb, the computer does not know the bulb is missing/burnt out.
So the ABS codes will be there.
If you do not care about ABS then just open the hood and remove the ABS pump fuse.
If you do care then read the codes, then pull the ABS pump fuse and when you are ready to fix the ABS put the fuse back and fix the ABS.
I would not replace the bulb unless you are going to fix the ABS.

My ABS pump fuse has been pulled for over 3 years now.
