Default Can't get O2 sensor out!

Tried a 16mm and 17mm on my downstream O2. Now the sensor seems to be stripped I've tried soaking it in PBlaster but nothing is working.
How should I get it out?

Thanks.

Idle the engine for 10-15 min and then try.

I heated around the sensor when I changed them, and it worked well.

they are hard to get out to remind you to use anti-seize when you put the new ones in.

Try some heat and visegrips if the head is stripped
