Hi just bought my first land rover discovery n reg and the speedo and such is not working any ideas and help would be appreciated. Chris

 

Not sure if this is the problem, but check the small wire on the Alternator. I had some Tach and I think Speedo issues and it was a losse connection at the alternator.

agree with abran check for loose connections. also check fuses most important. I had a similar problem with mine and it was a dying battery. these trucks love there 12v and nothing less. i was only getting around 11.2v and nothing worked in mine. put in a new battery and everything worked as it should.
