Dont do this!!!
So i was cleaning my IACV and oil separator, and checking vacuum lines, everything was going great.. They all were dirty, and i was hoping that this would cure my persistent P1179 (already cleaned intake and MAF) Then i start putting it back together, and one of the bolts snaps off on the IACV.
^&*(%$^&*
Just a reminder to all of you out there, be careful with those fragile aluminum parts!
Now i got to check the classifieds/ebay for a new intake/throttle body... What was a 15min job is now going to be several hours (and probably $100 bucks)

Left handed drill and an easy out and you should be good. You should have heard the string of curse words fly from under my truck when I broke a pinion bolt off in the pinion. Luckily the above method had me up and running again in no time.
i started trying to drill it out on the truck, but there was too much $#$&* in the way. Guess i could try pulling the intake off and using an easyout on it. those bolts are so small, not sure if i can find an EZ out small enough. could maybe drill it out bigger, and re-tap it?
