Hmm...sounds like you must have a weak battery, too, unless you left lights on for a couple hours or more.

Remain persistent and you will figure it out.

my cables were crap and i used a newer pair and it started up. i had my 4 hella lights on while i was working a the radio, but the baterry might be not the strongest.

I tested the fuses with the engine running but not the lights on. The results:
2,4,5,8,10,11 the check 10 and it wasnt blown, didnt check the rest.

If your fuses are good, then it probably makes sense to try replacing the switch or at least pulling it and seeing if there is a way to test it to eliminate it as the cause.

I want to check the rest of the lamp but afraid if I fiddle around with them something else might get shorted.

I need to figure out how to repace the driver front blink the housing and the connector are corroded.

The wire that goes into engine carpartment is also corroded. Is that replaceable? Wire #2
Is the diagram for front directional.
