I traced a line using the flare as a template and then cut it with a jig saw and used to file to clean up the cut.

It is simply the front coils out of a 91 FJ80 in the rear and the stock rear coils from the Disco in the front. Total lift came to 2" up front and 2.5" in the rear. Only cost $50 bucks for the coils and $5 for new bolts for the retainers and spring cups.

Whoever buys those longer bolts next please mail me four of them haha. In order to get out my old ones I'm gonna have to remove my rear springs again. Because the original bolts are back in but under the spring. Fml. Or, CU do you remember the thread pattern and length?

M10x1.5 if I recall correctly. I bought 30mm length. They were almost too long but worked. Hope that helps

Certainly does. I just didn't want to have to drop the rear axel and then ride a bike to the hardware store if I could avoid it. Thanks.

Here in Denver I was watching Craigslist and a few other sites but could not find any springs. I even called a local yota shop who salvages and rebuilds a lot of FJ80s

Bought my for $25 a spring from a 4x4 salvage yard in Montana. Gotta love the internet.
