Yes. The part numbers you want for a Non-AEL truck are:


Pump ESR3926, Pump Seal NTC5859, Top Locking Ring NTC 5858, RELAY AFU2913OE

Got my ride back and oh, snap! Plate is off!

Just gotta deal with the aftermath of that, but it's off. That's a bit of work I'm glad not to do.

Just waiting for my parts to arrive... tap-tap-tapped the retaining ring this morning, and it moves like it's sposed to! All is good. Lubed up the fuel connections, and preparing to get all the connections off. I broke a nail trying to pull the wires but I think I will be ok.

Take pictures of stuff before you pull it apart. It may save you a bunch of time later. And of course label things well.
