I repair starter, now rotating good
I check fuel pump - its good
And when i check voltage on pump connector withowt pump - it 12 volts, if with pump - 0.3 volts
on fuse - 12v
on relay -12v
on pump - 0.3v?

WHY?

Is it always at .3v? Or does it drop after a few seconds?

That is perfectly 100% normal, the fuel pump shuts off after 5-10 seconds if the engine is not running, again, that is normal.

Make wire from relay to pump - engine started.
