With a live data OBDII scanner.

Ok I got it fixed, all it was is a dirty throttle body. Now it has a high idle though?? 1700rpm idle

That doesn't sound fixed. Sounds like mine is acting right now. Hi/Lo idle, hesitate's at a stop when gas is applied, and gutless/missing between 1500-2000rpm. Ugh.

The only thing wrong now is the high idle. The stalling is fixed

A failed TPS can allow engine to only go to about 1700 rpm. An IACV or vac leak problem (un-metered air after the MAF) ?

Also check to make sure the throttle plate is fully closed - and that one of the wires isnt holding it from closing completely. Spray some silicone based lube on them.

Drive it for a couple days and report back.

I am currently fighting a code 48 with these exact same symptoms. Already cleaned my IACV. I do still need to set my base idle since replacing my cam and lifters. I found that if I clear the faults it runs fine for about a day then idle stumbles and CEL comes back on.
