Help! Stripped nuts and bolts removal...

Default Help! Stripped nuts and bolts removal...

Any one have a trick to remove stripped nuts and bolts from TC side of front Axel? Cutting wheel and grinder I have is too big to get at them...


TC side of front shaft...

Cut the bolt head side. Rotate the shaft for access. Should be plenty of room for a sawzall or dremel wheel.

If it's too tight for a sawzall or dremel, use a chisel and hammer. Once you get the nut turning it will back out pretty easy.

A shaped explosive charge. Make sure you only use a wee bit.
