Default Stripped bolts

Diso II crossmember under tyranny has stripped bolts any suggestions? Searches forum, have seen a couple of people mention break/pop them off. More details or other suggestions much appreciated. That is a lot of over head drilling I would like to avoid.

Many ways to deal with this, just depends on works best for you, might want to get it on a lift and go from there.

Those bolts striped even under warrantee. The trick is to use some heat like an acetylene torch to heat them up and then use the sockets designed for stripped bolts and bang it on and take it off. If you don't use that you have to torch the whole head off and its a pain.

If you have to take off the oil pan take it out the front. its easier.

They were successfully torched off. What a pain! Awesome truck love it but the engineers were out to lunch on this part of the design!
