Default Independent South of Atlanta?

Hi all - anyone know of a reputable shop south of ATL that can reset my base idle? So far I'm not having much luck with the internet searching. Almost everyone I called sounded scketchy and said "bring it by and we'll see what we can do". Not much for the confidence when You hear that. Thanks in advance!

IACV controls the idle, and vac leaks can impact it, and the coolant temp sensor can make it idle higher than normal. What does your scanner say - they can read data in real time. The TPS % is like "9" on mine when at bottom.

Hey guys - thanks for the info. All the Rover guys in that list are over an hour away so I think before I make the drive I'll go back to the bone yard where I got the IACV and pick up the ECU and see if mating these two will help. What worries me is the problem for me started out at the TPS which was so bad the truck would crank the immediately shut off at the slightest movement of the throttle. While it was off I cleaned and changed the IACV. What I'm hearing if the IACV anf ECU mate up it can fix the idle but not if the TPS was bad. That requires a test book reset? Anyways if the ECU change doesnt help I'll hit the road and make the drive. I just hate to take a full day off of work to take care of this. Thanks again guys, I'll keep you posted how it goes.
