If anyone is looking to reset his or her emissions light on a 94, you will find it underneath the passenger seat in the front. Remove the plastic panel from the side of the seat and there should be a little red box that has an emissions label on it. Poke a hole through the label with a paperclip to jostle the contacts or just remove it from the wiring harness alltogether. I accidently stubmled upon it the other day inspecting the rusty seating frame which now needs to be replaced (awesome). Hope this is helpful to anyone.

Just unplug. It is a really long timer inside that turns on the light. About time you did something besides wreckless eyeball the beach creatures.
