Craigs List is your friend as well as the classified's on the forums.
I found my SD rack on Craig's List, I was looking for spare parts and found the rack by accident at a junk yard, I paid for it sight unseen over the phone and picked it up a week later.
$150 and a 6hr round trip drive.
TOTALLY worth it, especially since a SD rack used sell's for around $600.

Humm.....this pic gave me a good idea. Mount my spare on the roof rack and fab up a water and fuel mount to the spare door mount.

Hey Spike, where did you get the screen for your rack? I have a rack on my car like that but it doesn't have that screen.

I think Spike's is the Chicken Coop fencing I think...

On mine, I have the plastic heavy duty type...

You can find them at any farming supply store.

The floor on my rack is the stainless steel backing they use when installing tile in a bathroom shower or for a back splash around the kitchen sink.
I bought 2 sheets from The Home Depot over 2 years ago now, cost me a total of $16 plus the heavy duty cable ties which actually cost more than the flooring.
I rattle canned it black with clearance paint, just laying it on the grass, sprayed, flipped it over, sprayed.
Cut to fit, zip tie it down, installed the rack.
I can stand on it but it is not the strongest stuff.
Next time I am using expanded steel welded in place and painted with automotive paint.
