There was a tire fitting guide somewhere online but I think the link is dead now. Somebody with enough knowledge should redo it and post. It had tire sizes from smallest to largest and the modifications needed, if any, to fit them. It also highlighted which size tires were recommended for each size lift like 2" or 3".

I'm looking at swapping out the tires on my 97 D1 SE. Any reccommendations? I want something that is a good all season tire, nothing too aggressive regarding tread. I have a stock height disco

this thread is old but for good price and wear quailties check out Tread Wright @ www.treadwright.com you can get stock and slightly above stock tires for awesome prices, in an AT patteren. since ive found tread wright i love them.
