Default Likely spot for leak

Had to wiggle some wires on my fuel pump and found rust. Where are the typical spots to check for a leak? Rest of the cargo area is fine.

My first guess would be the Alpine window.

Another thought is that the weather stripping which seals the rear cargo door is old/worn out/ not seated properly.

One more would be the tail lights/indicators/reverse lights.

Thanks Walt.
Weatherstripping is good. I checked it with a dollar bill. Closed the door on a dollar bill and had resistance pulling along the sides and top of door.
I'll check the tail-light but not keen on messing with the alpine until I do the headliner.
Going to brush it off and baste it with some SEM Rust-Shield.

Check the seals around your glass. Mine had a crack in the top corners that let water in.

Walt, aemnky606,
Ended up being a missing plug from top center of rear wheel well.

Well that was an easy fix. Wish mine had been that easy.
