Not the Blower Motor, transistor?

Heater core highly suspect, and easy to bypass for testing. Don't need heat in Noxubee county this time of year.
Getting to the switch for me involved taking off the front of the dash AC control parts, and that allows you enough access to spray.

There is also a Ignition Load Relay located RH front behind plastic trim that loads your blower fan. It is yellow and referenced in RAVE K127 in the ETM go to RAVE ETM for your year assume 95, go to Locations table on page 599 or ctrl-f brings down search field top right and plug K127 and search, you will find that this relay effects the blower motor directly when defective.

had the same exact problem. It was a bad ignition relay K127 I think. Here is how I found which relay though. Am a electrician by trade and by looking at wiring diagram found out which terminals were the contacts and which ones were the coil. Pulled relay out of socket and took small jumper wire to jump the terminals for the contacts. Kept jumpering each relay until blower turned on. Put relay on bench and found coil on relay was bad. Replaced w/ new relay and everything works. Hope this makes sense

You may find this from a wobbly water pump that leaks out the front. Easy fix, be sure to have a new gasket available as well. There is an after market pump with larger impeller. Keep bolts in order so they go back in same holes. BTW, I got the one on the right at the boneyard for $5.
