Hmm.. ok ok. Perhaps I was hasty. Is all you have to do is drill each hole bigger ie what bit size?

I dont know what drill bit size, I dont have a working drill right now.
I was supposed to get one for Fathers Day but my wife was in the hospital and now my birthday has come and gone too so I have all the faith in the world that the next time I need a drill I will have to go buy one.

So anyway...to answer your question, I used a rasp to make my holes bigger, thats how much bigger they need to be, you can do it by hand using a rasp, takes a couple of min per hole.
Just make sure you keep them round as best you can, its light steel, think pop can thick, but steel.
I just took my rasp and sat in a lawn chair and went around the hole, test fit the bolt that came with the new clutch.
If it didnt fit, made it bigger, test fit, repeat.
If you have a drill and bit big enough this whole thing will take 2 min.
Took me 20 or so.

Got it, installed it, and now it works wonderfully..

For future reference the drill bit size I used was 13/32.
Light pressure on the drill to keep the bit centered over the hole.
bolted right up. No more whoosh except when you let off the gas.

Thanks for your help Spike!
