Why it's a nut and a cotter pin?
Watch this for the hammer trick
or use a pickle form.. obviously never hammer on the threads unless you have a rubber mallet (which probably wont work)

I bought 4 replacements that will go on when I get my springs, bushings, and shocks. On the drivers side my BJ was so bad it spun with the nut as I tightened it. I have a harbor freight BJ tool that works great.

Hammer trick will work. Pickle fork is quite likely to tear up the rubber boots. Fine if you're replacing them, sucks if you aren't.
I like the Draper tool.
