Just curious for those who have the R380 Manual Transmission like me. What RPM's do you shift gears at for smooth shifting?

I've been getting some "crunches" while shifting... seems like the optimal shifting for me is:

First gear - 3,000 rpm
Second gear - 2,500
Third, Fourth and Fifth same as second gear with smooth shifting at 2,500 rpm.

Sound about right, or does first seem a wee bit high?

 

Every morning on my long half mile commute on side streets, I shift at 3,000rpms all gears typically.
This is with a dead cold truck and seems to do well, actually quite fun. :-)
