Well, poo. App crashes every time it starts reading data. Using the fancy obdlink lx with a galaxy s8.
Can't get the Gems reset to work with Win7.
And my old Dell laptop finally bit the dust.

That app looks amazing but for me the windows xp way works well here's a walk through I made a while ago just in case it can help anybody.

 

Well, I got the Android app to work. Kinda. I dug up my old Samsung Galaxy S3 and loaded the app onto it. Ran it and Shazam! Idle back to normal.

Yes, I have a lot of old crap. Comes in handy sometimes.

Been using the Android app. On my Samsung GS8 the app will crash during read sequence. Dusted off my Samsung GS3 and it works fine. Using an OBDLinx LX Bluetooth.
