I'n noticing that there is a shortage of obvious mounting locations for aftermarket gauges in the D1. Would be cool to see some of your ingenuity in mounting them,. I've seen everything from custom glassing in a pillar mount to attaching them to the cup holder- where are yours?

 

I have an UltraGauge velcro'd on my clock - that does not work...But I have a spare center dash piece that I am considering cutting out the clock for a gauge that will fit.. If I can find one that will calculate MPG accurately.

 

Ultragauge velcro'd under mirror adjustment **** on left side of steering wheel. Run the wire through the panel beneath the wheel. It ends up nicely out of the way but close enough that I can check on it when I need to.

Yes, its one of my more cleaner interior mods. I also added a green LED bulb to it to really bring out the wonderful green interior lighting.
