Not today, but this is the first mod I did to my "Landy"

Built a box in the cargo area. From the outside, it looks like the factory floor, but when you open the rear door, there are many surprises awaiting:

The AR is not carried all the time, but for when I go to the range or camping or whatever

Decided to plumb my Ashcroft lockers, compressor, and pneumatic switches.
Getting kinda crowded in there.

Finished product looks sano. The airlines coming out of the switches didn't allow for them to be mounted in the center, but this way its easier to keep them straight without me looking at them.

Replaced my electric fans & grille.
Before:

(The second fan wasn't working, so rather than have it sitting there blocking the radiator I just removed it.)
After:

And with a freshly painted grille from the junkyard:

The fans came from Amazon, and they're slightly larger than the stock Disco fans. But with a little creative rearranging, they fit just fine. Interesting note: they must have been designed to go on the back of a radiator. I had to remove the fan blades and turn them around, plus wire it backward (Black to blue.) to get it right.

So now i'll just wait till that arrives. Hope that solves the problem. Can it be anything else ?bearing in mind all the other components seem to be working. 10.0 CO is extreme I think!! lol!
Do You have change the oil? I used that trick in sweden, for the yearly test..
It use to be quite good, if the rest is in order and nothing else works

Today finally ordered the Terrafirma heavy load coil springs front and rear. 4 x Big bore +2" shocks. Steering damper and the rest of the goodies like extended stainless braided brake hoses, dislocating cones, coil spring retainer clamps etc, etc. Just for the fun of it I also included a set of Terrafirma sillicone turbo replacement hoses. Shipment from Cape Town to Mozambique might take a week but after struggling for 2 months just to get it ordered, what is one week
The parcel delivered @ $1250-00. (USD)
This means in a weeks time I will be fitting coils, shocks and damper.

Buttoned up the last little bit of my Detroit locker install. New pinion seal as well along with fresh 85w-140 oil and some fresh grease on the rear wheel bearings. Locked the cdl and made a quick lap around the yard and now I have lots of torn up grass from the inside tire, oops.
