Busy day, installed rear wiper blade, and hit TC linkage with PB Blaster. Rain cut my plans short.

 

Got my rear upper shock mounts modified. Squeezed an extra inch out of the already raised Rovertym mounts.



Hopefully get it painted and get them installed with the new 12" Fox 2.0s

 

new motor mounts and a 2" lift when i get home from work!!!!!!! cant wait

DAMNIT! How did I miss those when shopping around for shocks!

Replaced the alternator. Booya.

 

I cant wait to get them on! Fronts are still on the list. I finally have my lift close enough to where it will permanently stay so I can bite the bullet and buy shocks that are worth a crap.

 

Installed my rear shocks, raised RTE mounts and pulled the rear 3rd member in preparation for the Ashcroft 4.12s. The rear mounts are as high as they can possibly get now. Had to take a hammer to the floor to make room for the nut. Worked out perfectly though.

 

Got the lift done today, also fixed my driver seat with a...not so typical way. Also, the 33s didnt seem to rob the power very much at all. Maybe its the 5-speed, but so far it seems to be doing just fine. A regear is in the future plans, along with lockers; but for now I think it will be A-OK.
Heres the seat fix. Its Gorilla taped. gives the seat a firmer feel and I really like it so far.

Next on my To-Do list is figure out this window issue. The rears were stuck down, so I pulled the ECU card. I soldered the joint back together and the rear windows went up. I took a quick drive and now the fronts are stuck down and the rears are stuck up. I checked both 30 amp fuses, one was blown. I replaced it and still no windows. Can anybody chime in on what to check? Thanks!
