So what did you do to your Disco today?
From what I could find 1800-2300 lumens seemed about average for 100w halogens. Those things suck a lot of juice when combined with all the other electronics. The LEDs only consume about 40w each, leaving extra juice for the stereo or winching or whatever
Replaced the idler pulley. Had one with a 12mm i.d., so it was not seated on the shoulder but against it.
Replaced the bulbs in the gear select (auto).
Did before today:
R&R weather seals with ones off a D2.
R&R viscous fan clutch w/ one from a 2000 Chevy van.
Repaired the HVAC blower motor switch.
Replaced the right side view mirror.
Opened the box with a replacement rear view mirror from a D2.

Installed a D2 rear view mirror with compass and Homelink. It all works!

The Chinese battery in my Ranger 6x6 died so Dixie Discovery went blackberry picking. The AC was nice after a hot morning in the wild berry patch so she may be my permanent berry companion.
