Swapped out a worn out and tired dizzy on my 95 D1 today!

 

We have a lockdown here so I have a lot of free time...
New dashboard cover made out of Carbon and Fiberglass:

Replaced the oil cooler lines, oil & filter change on the 96. Also replaced front & rear wiper blades with Hella’s I got from Rock Auto on clearance, each blade was around $1.50. Tried them out last night in the rain on the way to the Taco Truck, they work super good much better than the Goodyear’s from Costco.

 

Finally back at it... replaced cargo door handle cover, replaced crusty ladder for newer non crusty one. Repaired my passenger seat as it blew out the last time I took her offroading. Swapped out my front speakers for some nice Pioneers, and swapped in a working speaker to my rear speakers. Some other general tlc and maintenance too

 

Finally got my Bearmach hooked up right and was able to turn off my SRS light after 5 yrs. Staying off so far, I guess the airbag system is still ok after 25 years and 280,000 miles

what filter and oil did you use Walt ? use a new brass washer ?

 

Rotella 15-40. Wix 1515 or 1068 filter (1515 is a bit larger but other than that they are the same). STP oil treatment (added ZDDP). I did not replace the washer this time. There was very little deformation and I didn't have a fresh one handy. I need to re-stock.
