Default Squarness question

Hello,

so ive been trying to figure out the “pulling to the left” issue, pretty much changed all steering and suspension components with no luck. Today i decided to measure left and right side , hub to hub (front and rear) and found out - left side distance is 99 inches versus right side almost 100 inches.

What should I look for, Im pretty sure this much of a difference is not normal?

Have you taken it to an alignment shop yet? They will be able to tell you exactly what's wrong. Could just be front Caster out of alignment or rear caster out of alignment or a combination of both. Not sure where you live but around here Les Schwab charges like $70 for an alignment so its not that expensive.

Have you changed out all (at axles and frame mounts) the radius arm bushings front and back? Measure your radius arms from the frame member to the axle and I'll bet you'll find one that's longer/shorter than the other side.

Hmm actually i did change rear radius arms with terrafirma ones with corrected castor for lifted trucks. Im thinking maybe i installed the bushings that go into frame incorrectly, would that cause the issue?

Anything installed incorrectly would be an issue.

Double check your work, check the lower link threaded end lengths that go through the frame mount from side to side. What sticks out beyond the frame mount going towards the front should be equal side to side. Make sure they're stuffed in the bushings correctly. The front radius arms are another spot for oopses.

By the way, the Rave specifies the Disco as having a 100" (2540 mm) wheelbase. We be short an inch if you're measuring 99" on one side.
