My car will not come out of park and I see two switches under my pedal first one seams to be the brake light switch whats the other and whats the solution to my problem is the two wire a pos or a neg that go to the switch

 

Brake switch vent valve to dump vacuum from the cruise system - see your copy of the RAVE electrical manual for year in question.

There is a shift interlock that requires brake switch to be depressed, again, see your RAVE copy.

 

I have the origanal electrical manual but.i.cant read it lol

 

In the first few pages is a legend that tells you the wire colors, and what the symbols mean. It is just like a road map.
