I have a D2 with Terrafirma track and drag bars they use RTC5870/RTC5890 the current ends are toast. What are the are best D1 ends ?

 

First a heads-up RTC5890 is a brake caliper and not a tie rod. The part number you need is RTC5869.

As for the brand I have only used LEMFORDER Tie Rods for years with spot on performance.

@stillruns I think the best price I found, was Lrdirect shipping hurts, but the price per unit was good.

 

I have a Terrafirma bar in the front and and a Lemforder behind it with a Woodhead steering damper. The Lemforder is fine I guess, just a hollow tube so it's not the toughest thing. The bolts that came with it for the adjustment brackets are pathetic though, and bent when I tightened them down. I'll be buying all Terra next time, so incredibly tough and will never need replacing.

I've replaced all my balljoints with the following brands: Lemforder, Mevotech, Britpart. All are fine.

 

@ononomos I have terrafirma bars front and rear, but ends suck the boots lasted 1.5 years completely gone. I want something will last tad longer
