Default Warning Sound after doors closed

Hi guys, I have searched the net and haven't found an answer to my recent issue.
I own a 95 Discovery; here's the background info.
Went for a drive to Taco Bell, I came back. As I was parking into my driveway, I noticed the warning sound in the ignition was coming on and off rapidly. Then it suddenly became continuous, I looked around and checked all my doors were closed. I turned off the car, locked and unlocked it. Turned it back on but the warning sound was still there after the doors were close and engine running. Did anyone run into this little problem ? and how can I fix it ?

Look in your copy of the RAVE, electrical guide, for a 1995. On page 220 of 774 the multi-function unit is described. This is a small box on back of the fuse panel. Can be swapped out. Handles timing a variety of things (like dome light dimming) and has the sounder inside it.

Hi guys, sorry for the late response. I checked out everything, fuses, wires. I was about to take out the sounder but I took it for a drive around to check if something might be loose if I hit a bump. I noticed my engine was not throttling as usual. I put it on neutral and checked to make sure it was on high range. Guess what, the differential was not locked in place. Once I put it on high and locked, the sound went away.
So check your differential locks when that sound comes off.
Thanks for the response though, I appreciate the effort
