Default 04 headlamp bulb

Is it anything special, or can I walk into AAP or AZ?

Any Auto parts house should have it.
Go to advance auto parts website, sign up and get discount, order online and pick up at store.

Cool. Checking they weren't like wipers. Ie, awkward.

Any reason to swap them in pairs you reckon? I'd have thought not.

Ha, AZ claim they get "dimmer" with use. I'm not sure I believe that. Unless they get dirty. A bit of wire that is glowing hot isn't going to 'wear out' til it starts to be less bright. It's either in one piece and glowing, or isn't. There's a discussion, right there.

Looks like they are sold in pairs. i got my wipers from them also. I usually check with them first(2 miles from house) If you order online for instore pickup enter TRT30 and get 30% discount, I just ordered a CPS, so I would not have to search when mine goes bad.

you can get them as singles at O'Reilly. $11 each at the dealer... One of the few reasonable things at a dealer.

I tried the fancy ones but they don't last. The regulars last longer but you don't get that high intensity blue white light which only last about 6 months in my experience.

Job done. Had a $20 speedperks discount.

Replaced both. Looking at the old one there does seem to be a kind of coating on the filament. Seems that can degrade. Bulbs arnt just bulbs anymore!

Anyway. Means I get to keep the good, old one as a spare.

Thanks.
