Actually I was asking the OP but yeah.

And another thing for the OP, how did you measure your mileage? With an OBDII reader or the old fashioned way? I know my Ultra Gauge is not an accurate measure and shows mpg all over the place. the only real way is the old fashioned way by using math.

With 32's, safety devices roof rack, rooftop tent and lots of heavy bolt on's I get 10.3 on a long run if I keep my speed down to 65ish.
My speedo and mileage is off by about 9 1/2% so I use gps to figure out mpg.

I have a stock 04 and my gas mileage is terrible. 11.2 MPG!! But it only does city driving and off-roading so I guess that's normal. I also let it warm up for a minute or two in the mornings. So I wouldn't worry about your gas mileage too much. We sure didn't buy them for the gas mileage!

My mistake. I didn't see anywhere the OP had posted the year of his truck, so I assumed you were referring to mine.

"I didn't see anywhere the OP had posted the year of his truck, so I assumed you were referring to mine."

No worries. Second sentence of the original post: "The truck is 03 with 4L in it. Has been lifted 2..."

That being said I recently did a 1000+ mile trip with 3 adults, two full kegs of beer and the cargo area full of stuff and got 15.8 mpg average mostly highway. I do notice less mpg over 70 mph though.

Also with stock size tires and using the Ultra Gauge my miles per hour are off by 5 or 6 mph... when the speedo says 75 the ultra gauge says 70. From what I've read this is normal.

Disney next two days and dinner show this evening. Havent really had time to look at it or drank as well. But for certian trying to get milage better before 1000 mile trip back.

Well.... made it back. And as bad as fuel was it was worth it coming back on the interstate in the snow storm. It started running rough down there and 1 of the o2 wires pulled out, so put that back in and It smoothed out. I am going get on scanner to get stream to see what it is doing. I had anywhere from 7.3-9.6mpg. So gota figure with tires but thinking 9-11mpg. It kinda stinks mpg but dont think I will pick up a whole lot. On interstate we was moving along 75-80mph and it felt fine with good power. I plan to repower this summer with lsx of sorts and like to have 350-400hp at wheels. Over all the truck worked great for me and the family we are happy with it and plan to keep it around for long time to come.

Seems reasonable given the speed you're running at. I plan to install an LC9 in mine
