Default 2" lift With ACE

I have ACE and I am trying to figure out if buying a OME kit with shocks is the right way to go. Do I need special shocks on the front or on all four corners? If the shocks sold with these systems do not work with the ACE system I would rather go with the Rovertym spring kit. Anyone with experience with ACE/lifts please let me know what is needed.

Just lifted mine 2" with OME springs on the front and SLS spacers on the rear. Mine has ACE as well.

I have not done the shocks "yet" as already spending to much with new rubber as well lol, but will replace them with OME ones, and also replace the brake lines with stainless + 2" hoses as currently the shock limits the travel, so no need at the mo

So the kits that are sold by OME come with shocks that are NOT compatible with the ACE system?

No one really makes an aftermarket shock to be ACE compatible tbh, its a Land Rover thing only. If you replace your shocks with OME ones (as I will do) it will make it ride better, just changing the springs on mine as made a huge difference!! and my previous springs were genuine Land Rover "winch springs" and they were only a year old!!
