Default 2001 Disco 2 Service Engine Soon on

Whats up guys. I have seemed to run into another problem with my Disco 2 this time i was at a stop sign getting ready to make a left hand turn and my service engine soon light came on so i stopped to see if i could maybe hear something or see something under the hood it was dark out and i found nothing. On my way home i could tell she was hesitant when i pushed the gas and it felt like when i turned the light would start flashing again but she did get up to speed just hesitant and sluggish at first. Just my luck i guess the Autozone was open and i stopped and had them pull the codes. The first code is P0307 seems i have a misfire on cylinder number 7. Now i understand that this can be the cause of my spark plugs, vac leak, injector fault, or pressure issues how would i go about figuring out which one it would be? I checked my plugs they all seem tight and snug but i do have big *** hands. When i first bought the vehicle a couple of my plugs were snapped i got new spark plugs and cables and its been about a year and a half since then could it be my plugs ?. The second code the guy told me for some reason it popped up under a Subaru? i told him to give it to me anyway the code is P1590 probable cause open or short circuit condition, poor electrical connection, or failed neutral position switch. Any information would be useful as i will not be driving her untill i figure out whats wrong.

i would start by switching the plug and wire, to see if the misfire follows.
