I got into it this morning and it appears that has been some cam bearing movement, but I'm not 100%. Certainly nothing near some of the google images I've seen. I've attached the best images I could take, starting with the bearing closest to the front of the car "Bearing 1", to theback of the car "Bearing 5".

That is pretty brutally low, running 10/30 Mobil1 synthetic I got

Those numbers improved with a 10/40

Hot idle after long drive mixed hiway and city (2 hourrs)
15-12 ish hot idle
mid 40's to high 40 's 2000 rpm hot
50 psi cold

Ok, none of those are walked. One other thing to check given the recent HG job, check the rocker shafts. If they somehow got installed upside down you will have no oil pressure. I thought I did that once and it turned out I forgot to torque the rocker towers - same result, low oil pressure.

After the work I had done I had a single leftover bolt. Couldn’t figure out where it went, even started a thread looking for it. Today when I checked the o-ring on the timing cover I realized I was missing this bolt:
I think I may have found my problem. Looks like this bolt may allow air to seep into the oil pickup if missing. I will keep you all posted.
