Just have your mechanic just retorque the lower valve cover gasket bolts, this is a common issue and should almost be included in the oil change check list. They just work loose, place some locktight on the threads of the bolts to help hold them cranked down if you like.
That is right. Dont replace the seal, just tighten the bolts. Atlantic British sell a throttle body plate thingy that will fix the coolant leak. Cheap and easy.
Why waste your money having a mechanic torques the 4 bolts, do it your sell till they are snug.
As for any other leaks, go power scrub your engine at a local car wash, then see what new oil shows up.
