If you insist, at those prices just have them replace the gasket. Those are just absolute outrageous quotes. I'm blown away. Is this the dealership?

That is what I was thinking but I honestly don't have the space to do the work and time right now, I knew taking it into a shop meant paying for the service. I'm definitely bent over on this one but should I have them do all three or just the failed throttle body heater?
That being said, if you insist on letting them fix it, just have them do the heater plate, and you can change the hoses later.

I checked with a buddy and we're going to knock out the inlet hoses this weekend and I authorized the shop to handle the throttle body hose. It's a concession but I asked about diagnostics and was within $60 of the job anyway.
