Default 2003 discovery II Cranks But No Start

I have a 2003 discovery II 4.6L cranks but no start. Cars Been sitting and battery was dead. Ran well when parked, Replaced Battery and used key fob to unlock vehical. Attempted lock and unlocking 3 times. Hood and all doors were closed. When locked, Security light flashes rapid for 10 seconds and returns to 1 flash per second after 5 seconds. Engine will start if sprayed with carb cleaner. So it has spark. Checked fuel pressure at rail (54 psi). After removing air plenum, Using Noid light checked for injector pulse. No PULSE! Using a DVOM, I Have 12.5 volts at injector connectors but no ground from ECM. I dont see where the ECM gets a ground in the RAVE diagrams, Is it a case ground on the ECM? Will a used ECM plug and play or will it need programming? How about if a get both the ECM and BCM, will that work?
What else have I missed? ANY HELP IS APPPRECIATED, THANKS, ROD

Have you tried re setting the inertia button located the firewall in the engine bay on the passenger side. It is a black looking button.
