Get a code reader and see if it is the shuttle valve

If yes, do a search for Option B on the forum

After you have completed Option B, erase the codes and say goodbye to the amigos

Any progress?

When I worked on my ABS I forgot to plug in the 3 electrical connectors at the modulator. This caused the condition you reported: 3 amigos plus the BRAKE light. BRAKE light stayed on regardless of actual brake lever position.

So, you might try to test&wiggle the 3 connectors and see if anything improves....
