Default 36mm wrench for water pump

I just ordered this 36mm wrench from Northern Tool. I'm not sure if it is thin enough to fit on the viscous fan nut but I will let everyone know once I get it. For $12 it seems like the cheapest possible solution (besides the loan program at autozone with the Ford wrench). I hear people ask about where to find a 36mm wrench so I figure I will post it.

Sure it will work. Napa also has a fan clutch tool with multiple wrenches, one being 36mm, and very thin, like paper thin. You can buy the whole kit for about 60-70, or just the wrenches individually. I think I paid about 25 for mine.Attached a 1/2" breaker bar, and done. Made the job a breeze. anyone need the part number I'd be happy to venture out into the garage.

You can buy the Ford clutch wrench for under $20 but at $12 this seems to be the cheapest option out there. Plus its a forged wrench not stamped out of sheet metal. I'm just hoping it is thin enough.
