First check your battery and make sure it is good.
Then with a voltmeter check the power at the starter, replace the battery cables if needed, this is common for the cables to corrode and the starter not get enough juice.
You need to read through this too, there is ALOT of info in there, spend the time, seriously.

Don't just focus on the battery to starter cable either. You need to check the entire circuit.
Battery to starter
Starter to chassis ground
Chassis ground to battery
If your fuse box to battery cable (and alternator to fuse box cable) is not tight and clean, or your battery to chassis ground it not good, your battery may not be getting a full charge.

It sounds like you have checked all your electrical so it's time for something mechanical. Climb under the truck with a hammer and give the starter a few taps. Sounds like your starter is just stuck.
