Forgot to ask what should I be looking for to inspect regarding the 116 code that mentioned something about Internal supply?

On the last continuity check between the C0504 pin 12 and the C0362 ground connection I found that the ground connection nut was barely was barely on probably close to the last thread of the bolt. When I checked continuity it was not consistent. I tightened the bolt back down and the continuity checks ok. My big question now is..Could this be the problem relating to all of the codes that I mentioned including the brakes locking up on slick roads?
