AC/Heat blowing smoke/fog into the cab. What do I do

alright thanks fellas. Ill report back in a few days when I take it in too see. Is it easy to tell if its cracked visually, or do I have to take it in and have the dealer do a diag test.

So was the heat on or the AC on? Or both (defrost)? You're saying the heat was on, and then saying you turned the AC off.

Does the AC still work? As in - blow cold? If not, did it work before?

the truck's at the shop and they are running a diagnostic plus the fuze to my horn blew (too much tooting i guess ) but anyways they think the ac plugs are clogged and they told me it would be about a half-hour labor cost to unclog them. Thanks for the help guys.

Your horn is probably going bad. Also if you knew how easy it was to clean your AC drains you are going to feel like a fool for paying someone to do it (if you have ever seen a chimp use a stick to get termites it is the same concept).

X2 on the heater core

I had the same syptoms when my heater core developed a pin hole. You can bypass the core on the engine side of the firewall to get you home. ( or to get you home and then back and forth to work for a month.)

Have not had the drain plug issure so I can't comment on that. But way cheaper and easier to check/ fix I would imagine.
Off to check my drain hoses.
