Default AC temp from vents

Had the driver side cooler than passenger side issue so checked pressure on system and showed it was low. I put some R134 in and def made a difference in both side temps, long drive 95 degrees I saw the drivers side temp drop to 43.9 and passenger still lagging behind at 49-50 degrees. My first question is what temp out of vents is considered good and satisfactory?

So today I checked pressures again (pic attached) and high side was pushing 200 and from the r134 chart it would be on the high and over what the chart says and low side was within the 35-45 range. Anyone with more AC knowledge than me tell me did I overcharge the system that might be causing the different temps?
Parameters of when I checked pressures this morning, outside temp was 75 and muggy, ac on max with recirc on and truck up to temp at idle.

75 outside temp, AC on max with recirc and truck up to temp
Thanks

I posted a similar thread, you may have a plugged expansion valve.

I did see your post, did you replace the expansion valve?

Is this a remove the dash repair?

No and yes. Luckily I live in a relatively moderate climate where less than optimal ac is probably ok. Maybe I will do it someday.
